The Book Cafe

I've been very eager to visit one of the book cafes in Singapore so today I made my way to Martin Road's Book Cafe. It may not be very accessible as my friend and I walked quite a bit before reaching.

My friend ordered Smoked Salmon all day breakfast ($14.95) The Salmon is fresh and savory. Scrambled eggs were runny and I love it like that. The salmon goes well with the bread.

 I ordered the Chipolatas and Bacon all day breakfast ($14.95)
Bacon was very fragrant and not too hard at all. I love bacon but some places overcook it and gets really difficult to eat with my braces. This is just nice.

Great ambiance they had there. I was lucky to have the couch seats. Once I sat down, I didn't felt like moving at all. There were quite a few books available for casual reading. But, after a fulfilling meal, my friend and I just chit chatted instead of reading. I will definitely come here again to try their pancakes and of course, snuggle myself in one of their comfy couches and read a book. Service crew was very friendly too.
