Ramen Santouka (Cuppage Terrence)

Eating noodles with braes is definitely not a easy task. They get stuck between the brackets and it is very irritating. But this has not lessen my love for ramen. Ramen Santouka serves one of the better ramen in Singapore. Their broth is thick and is not too sweet nor salty. I tried the spicy broth which was manageable even for non-spicy eaters. The noodles are so springy and there was this wonderful overall texture while chewing. The set meals (~$23-25) include a small ramen, a small side dish (curry rice/terriyaki chicken rice etc), salad, chawamushi, kimchi and a cup of hot tea. This place is rather crowded during dinner times so be sure to reach there early. Do sit indoors as the outdoor areas are very stuffy especially after eating a bowl of hot ramen.
