When I reached there, it was fairly crowded and all the seats were taken. Since it was rather hot, I wanted a seat indoors. Anyhow, when I stepped in, no staff attended to us and we were left wandering where to sit. Luckily, a couple was leaving soon so we got our seat quickly. Most people commented that there pasta was a must-try so that was exactly what we ordered.
The outside looks like this
I ordered the Vongole. Well, it tasted rather normal like the other pastas in the market, with oil, garlic, parsley and a pinch of white wine. One plus point was that the clams were very fresh and tasted delicious.
My friend ordered the Marinara Pasta. I didn't get to taste her pasta but from the looks of the picture, it looks rather appetizing and the mussels and prawns were very fresh too. Another plus point was that the pastas were serve hot and fresh from the kitchen. It was so hot we had to wait a while before digging in. I always love my food hot!
The pasta was a bit tough to chew so those with braces, beware of it. The little bits of garlic gets stuck in between the braces quite easily so do remember to order a glass of ice water. I have to say the pasta were rather pricey ($20) and the serving size was very small. Also, the service wasn't up to my expectation. Perhaps, I went there during the peak period. Maybe, when I'm more loaded with cash, I will try their other foods, such as their Big breakfast and coffee. The furnishing is rather sleek as this branch is rather new but the seats indoors are rather limited so quite a few customers have to brace the heat by sitting outdoors.
